Returns & Refunds
Please contact us before returning an item so we can review the request and provide instructions.
Eligible returns
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are normally non-refundable.
